In today's world of customer service (or customer 'no service' as I like to say), it is rare to come in contact with a company that not only lives up to one's expectations, but exceeds them... you have an employee working for you, Jason (don't know last name) who has impressed my wife and I so much thatI thought it only fitting to take the time to put down in writing what an excellent representative he is of your company.

Last year my parents had you put siding on their new home, and referred us to you. We had you replace the siding on our residence last year. There were a few issues discovered later, one being water seeping through a window, and another with a panel under the eve that was left off (and squirrels made a nest in the attic). Jason came out (a few times for the water) to resolve the issue. He was always courteous and apologetic, and was very willing to do whatever it took to get it right. On the instance of the panel left off, after the panel was put on, Jason put on his 'exterminator hat' and crawled in the attic and removed the deceased squirrel. All of this with a smile!

I can't emphasize enough how pleased we have been dealing with Jason! He truly has turned us into Raving Fan's of N.W. Siding!

I'm very happy with the work on my house. can't say enough good thrngs about both the siding crew and the painting grew. They were both outstanding!

Jason estimated the materials down to just two Hardy Planks, and two 12 inch wide Hardy Planks. That is all that was left when the job was done!

Your crew was great! I've had so many poor performers as to do with construction, it's amazing - You folks were prompt, complete and tidy after the job!

I would recommend you to any homeowner.

As far as the painting part of the project - I have hired a man to paint the whole house - siding new/old and trim as well
